I understand that family proceedings can be an incredibly confusing and an emotional time, I aim to provide tailored care and support to each client

Aman’s Profile

‘I joined Ashley James Solicitors in February 2022 and have recently moved to the family law department, working alongside Amanda Holland. My role at the firm is to assist Amanda in matters such as, but not limited to, divorce and dissolution cases, financial matters as well as non-molestation orders.

Before joining family law, I had worked as a paralegal in our conveyancing department for over a year. I played a part in progressing sales and purchases whilst ensuring our clients had a smooth transaction. I attended the University of Worcester where I completed my Law degree. During my undergraduate degree I had completed placements in both conveyancing and immigration law. At present, I am in the process of completing my LPC and SQE2 qualification to become a qualified solicitor.

I pride myself on having a compassionate and caring approach. I understand that family proceedings can be an incredibly confusing and emotional time and I aim to provide tailored care and support to each client.’
